Hourly Rates
Minimum Charge of 1 Hour, then in 15 minute increments. Rates exclude the cost of materials.

Estimates
An estimate can be given in writing upon request or verbally. All estimates are free.

Materials
Materials supplied by Leigh on Sea Plumbing Ltd will be charged at cost price plus 20% mark up.

Payments
Payment must be made in full by cash, cheque or card to the engineer upon completion of works. A signed invoice before commencement of works must be agreed.
